IMPORTANT OVERDRAFT SERVICE INFORMATION

Effective August 15, 2010, without your written consent, ATM and one-time debit card transactions that overdraft your account will be declined.  The op-in notice will give you the opportunity needed to protect your account from embarrassing declines and protect your credit should you need it in the event of processing those important payments: like your mortgage.  In addition, you may be in a dire situation without any access to additional funds that this service provides.

You will be receiving an opt-in notice in your statements requesting your consent to have courtesy pay services for your account to cover ATM and one-time debit card transactions.  Upon receiving the op-in notice, please sign and return the form to the credit union.  You can also pick up a opt-in notice at the credit union.  Please call the credit union with any questions at (409) 833-8271.
